Thanks for stopping by. I am happy you’re here to learn more about the work I do with managers of all levels. For the past two decades, I’ve worked in and with advertising agencies and other creatively-minded companies to help them teach managers how to become better communicators, motivators, and leaders.

If I had to define my style from other speakers or trainers you might be considering, I’d let my testimonials do the talking. 99% of the feedback I get from clients and audiences is about the energy, enthusiasm and total passion I have for what I do. You know as well as I do, trainers who know how to inspire others to improve their skills without being a bore are the ones who impact the highest retention and application rates. Simply, this means my lessons stick.

My love for teaching and coaching others started early.

Since my early years working in advertising, I’ve always been an unofficial coach and mentor to my peers. There was something about helping others find ways to truly love their jobs that made me happy. My whole life I’ve been passionate about leadership and personal development and I really loved public speaking, though I never dreamed I’d speak and train full time. The timing seemed perfect in late 2015, and I left my position as VP of HR and Organizational Leadership to start my business. I’ve never looked back.

I’m certified by the John C. Maxwell Team which is a fancy way to say my work is supported by one of the industry’s top leadership gurus. Mostly, I partner with creatively-minded companies to impact their managers and teams through workshops, virtual leadership training, team offsites, and 1-on-1 coaching. I have a special love for new and struggling managers and focus a lot of my work, including Manager Boot Camp, on them.

I call Orange County, CA home and in my free time, I’m out on a trail running, sweating in a Bikram yoga class or nose-deep in a book.
